The IT infrastructure division of the bank manages two Kyiv-based data centers. For mission-critical banking applications, backup, and recovery, the team recently had to switch to a new storage platform.

Credit Agricole has been using NetApp ONTAP to manage storage for about 8 years. Product knowledge proved to be an important factor when choosing a vendor. Other vendors’ solutions have not provided sufficient performance or caused support issues before. Installing the NetApp FAS 9000 storage array and NetApp MetroCluster for emergency recovery was part of the solution.
