Upgrading the Agricultural Holding Network

BKW Group Agricultural Holding has been manufacturing and supplying agricultural resources for years. The company has built an active agribusiness ecosystem in Ukraine to provide logistics services, grow crops, and export agricultural products abroad. That became possible through the cooperation of more than ten enterprises within the holding and the involvement of more than seven thousand partners.

Replacement of obsolete equipment and network nodes. Building a new wireless infrastructure and implementing a state-of-the-art network perimeter protection system. The deployment of a centralized equipment management node.

Upgrading the data network in 50 company divisions to ensure high availability of all existing and introducing new corporate services. Enhancing the system fault tolerance.

The WAN node in the head office and each division has been upgraded.
A centrally-operated Wi-Fi network has been built in each division.
A perimeter protection node has been built using Cisco FirePower.
Passive infrastructure has been replaced in each division.
Work with cloud services has been arranged using Cisco CSR virtual router.
Cisco Prime solution allows for a centralized operation of all network devices.
